ICE SVP divests common shares
Intercontinental Exchanges SVP, business development has exercised the rights to almost 7,000 common stock shares.
David Goone sold 6,812 of the 8,364 common stock share acquired on 11 October, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Sales of the stock varied in price from $156.4 to $163.91 each.
