ICE to launch SOFR and ESTR swap rate benchmarks
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) intends to launch US dollar-denominated Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) and euro short term rate (ESTR) swap rates for use as benchmarks in financial contracts and instruments by licensees on 1 July.
