ANALYSIS: UK firms draw on lessons from European EMIR Refit 'challenges' – Duco
British firms are in a “reasonable place” ahead of the UK European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) Refit go-live at the end of this month partly because they have learned lessons from the "challenges" of implementing the European rules in April, according to a Duco executive.
