CFTC commissioner dissents again on $48m energy trading fine
A top regulator at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has once again objected to the US futures watchdog fining a firm, this time ordering Swiss energy trader TOTSA TotalEnergies to pay $48 million (£36.3m) for attempted market manipulation.
